When you contact us or submit a trip request, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, party size, budget range, and trip preferences.
When you visit our site, we automatically collect limited technical information, such as your device type, browser, and pages viewed, through cookies and standard analytics. This helps us understand what is useful and improve the site.
We use your information to respond to you, design and price your itinerary, make and manage bookings with suppliers, and provide concierge support before and during your trip.
We may also use it to improve our services and, only if you have opted in, to send occasional updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Because you book each reservation directly with the supplier, we do not share your details with hotels, restaurants, or tour operators. We share information only with the trusted service providers that help us operate, such as our payment processor and email provider.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer, in which case we will continue to protect it under this policy.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as well if you disable them.
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Our services are intended for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Trip details about minors traveling in your party are provided by the booking adult.
